With simplicity and minimalism at the heart of it all. White Space Studios intention is to house opportunities for creativity and connection by providing easy to access beautiful spaces for you and your guests to create and enjoy.
The studios are ideal for photography, videography, workshops, as well as comfortable and distinctive meeting spaces. They also can serve as simply a quiet place for solitary work, and an escape to think and dream.

White Space Studios are brightly lit rental studios. With the primary location situated within the historic York building on 2nd Ave, the studio features painted wood floors, 11-foot ceilings, and expansive south and west-facing windows, which flood the space with natural light.
Booking process
Renting the studios is made easy through a quick online booking process, a private entry code, and the presence of a dedicated team member, available to assist you at any point.
Included with the rental
The studio includes several helpful posing props including stools, chairs, as well as a comfortable seating area. Complimentary coffee is also available to keep the high vibes and creativity going.

Photographer Package rate
Enhance your studio rental with one of our trusted photographers! You can enjoy a 1-hour session with a photographer and edited JPGs delivered within three weeks.
$500 + GST & PST
Subscription rates
The subscription options include 4 x 1hr studio bookings per month. A discounted rate of 20% is offered on additional rental times.
3 Month Commitment - $300 per month + GST
6 Month Commitment - $250 per month + GST
12 Month Commitment $200 per month + GST
Behind-the-Scenes film rates
These packages provide a curated
mix of photos and videos, featuring candid moments and dynamic shots. Perfect for creating engaging social media reels, stories, and posts.
